UK Immigration
Migrate UK is committed to providing immigration solutions to businesses and individuals in a timely and courteous manner.
Our practice is registered with The Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC), an independent public body set up under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999. The OISC is responsible for ensuring that all immigration advisers fulfil the requirements of good practice.
The Migrate UK immigration practice is led by Jonathan Beech, an immigration professional with over 14 years of experience gained at the UK Border Agency, two of the ‘Big Four’ global advisory firms namely Ernst & Young and KPMG and since 2004, Migrate UK. Jonathan and his practice have handled the immigration affairs of many prestigious FTSE 100 companies, UK start-ups and have spoken at numerous seminars.
In 2008 the UK Border Agency has introduced the Points Based System (PBS). This system has aimed to simplify immigration legislation by repackaging immigration categories within 5 ‘Tiers’. Should you need any assistance with any UK immigration matter, please contact us.
