- Provide a personalised list of specific information required to construct application;
- Provide specific details about the 'Knowledge of the UK' test (if applicable);
- Deal with all enquires related to the application;
- Submit the application to the Home Office and deal with the case-worker with regards to any further enquiries (if applicable);
- Obtain progress on the application at regular intervals to pass on to our client;
- Once necessary approval has been obtained, send onto client along with Ceremony instructions (if applicable)
