Migrate UK will in each case:
- Assess that the individual meets the relevant qualifying criteria;
- Provide a personalised list of specific information required to construct application and any justifications;
- Deal with all enquires related to the application;
- Submit the application to the Home Office via the appropriate route and deal with the case-worker with regards to any further enquiries (if applicable);
- Obtain progress on the application at regular intervals to pass on to our client (if postal application);
- Once necessary permission has been obtained, send onto client via recorded delivery or courier (as specified)
