'Fast Track' Applications
Important! From April 6th 2009 we will be able to offer fast track services for Tier 1 General (Highly Skilled Migrant) and Tier 2 Further Leave to Remain applications. Please contact us for further information.
A very valuable service is being able to represent you at the Home Office Immigration & Nationality Directorate and possibly have your UK immigration application approved in one day.
This service can be carried out for those who are currently present in the UK and are applying in an immigration category that can be dealt with under the fast track premium service. We can complete your application, help prepare your paperwork and application forms plus represent you at short notice thus save you potentially months of waiting compared to making a postal application, or having you make an appointment with the Public Enquiry Office only to find out that you do not have the incorrect information.
Typical applications that we can cover in this one day service include:
Permanent residency applications
- if you have been here for 5 years continuous work permit approved employment;
- if you have been here for 5 years continuous stay under the UK Ancestry status;
- If you are currently in the UK under the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP), and have total continuous stay of at least 60 months in categories that lead to settlement (e.g. work permit holder, dependent);
- If you have been here for at least 23 months continuous stay in the foreign spouse / partner category;
- If you have been in the UK for at least 10 years with continuous legal stay;
Further leave to remain applications
- Marriage applications where you are currently in the UK in an immigration category that has a validity of more than six months;
- Extension applications and certain 'switching of status applications'. Depends on the type of application, your nationality and immigration history.
