Migrate ‘Check & Plan’

This is an extremely valuable and cost effective option for those who wish to submit their own application but require a practitioner provide rapid and detailed feedback on their documentation and application prior to submission to the Border Agency in the UK or British consular office overseas.

The Home Office are very strict on the information and documentation accepted and can readily refuse an application (which results in the loss of the application fee) should they not be satisfied that all conditions of the category are met from the information provided.

Experienced practitioners with a minimum of 10 years experience will look through all the documentation you have prepared and provide;

A full check of the documents and other relevant material you are preparing to send to the Border Agency office (including documents for dependants);
A report that gives feedback and recommended changes to documentation provided and alternative options;
Changes to wording used within any accompanying letters and any alternative format that may increase the chances of success and speed of decision making;
Advice on application procedure and any changes to your application form entries;
Provision of personalised checklist of documentation to be sent with your application;
Advisory steps for family members and the visa process (if applicable)

Full Representation

This is the recommended route for those who wish to hand the entire responsibility to one of our experienced practitioners. We’ll assess, plan and prepare your application including all accompanying documentation and provide a point of contact for all related advisory. This service also includes all qualifying dependants.

We’ll also provide advance guidance and planning for your extension application that will be required within three years of your initial approval. This is valuable in that you have a goal to work towards to ensure you meet the points score for the extension and are aware of any changes to the rules. Ongoing email guidance will also be provided throughout and after the application procedure has been finalised.
