Total Reward Solutions (TRS) designs a broad range of reward solutions including Reward Strategy Development, Total Reward Statements, Incentive Plans and International Assignment Services. They handle all aspects of expatriate compensation and benefits through providing both consultancy and outsourcing services.
Consultancy services include policy benchmarking and design, reviewing standard assignment letters, coaching and mentoring in house HR professionals, determining assignment employment relationships and simplifying technical advice on expatriate tax and social security.
Outsourcing services include taking over complex cases on a 'trouble shooting' basis, setting up tax equalisation systems, designing tax and social security efficient assignment packages, creating cost projections, producing assignment letters and managing third party suppliers. TRS provide inbound relocation support in association with Migrate UK.
TRS have practical experience in running both currently outsourced assignee management programmes for a variety of clients in the professional services and manufacturing industries as well as past experience in managing in house assignee programmes for companies such as Fidelity Investments, PwC, Seagram and Logica CMG.
Their aim is to ensure the smooth transition of the assignee and their family into the host country as cost effectively as possible to their employer.
